Do you service my area?

Maids and Beyond serves Boulder & Gunbarrel.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Our teams arrive at your home with all of the products and items needed to complete the job.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Each Maids and Beyond service can be customized to address your specific needs and concerns. We have a preset of special tasks/extras for you to add on to your service but we also invite you to email or call us to discuss other needs you may have.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Maids and Beyond does thorough background checks on each maid that we are partnered with for your ease of mind and ours. We also take your privacy very seriously and ensure that the details related to your service are handled with respect and care.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Maids and Beyond guarantees quality service, in the event you have an issue during your appointment contact us immediately via phone to express your concerns so we can work together to create solutions.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Maids and Beyond uses electronic means of collecting and billing accounts to ensure your privacy and safety. Our maids do not have access to billing information.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes! All Maids and Beyond maids complete background checks.
